Registration for and access to TCT^® 2024 is subject to the CRF^® Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Prohibition on Badge Swapping, Sharing, or Lending

Swapping, sharing, or lending an event badge to any other person is strictly prohibited. The full policy is available in our Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Full Access and One-Day Access

All cancellations must be received in writing per the deadlines below. Send your cancellation email to:

If we receive your cancellation in writing before Wednesday, August 21, 2024 (by 11:59 PM EDT), you will receive a full refund minus a US$100 administrative fee.
If we receive your cancellation in writing between Thursday, August 22 (12:00 AM EDT) and Tuesday, September 24, 2024 (by 11:59 PM EDT), you will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
No refunds will be processed after Wednesday, September 25, 2024 (12:00 AM EDT).

CRF^® cannot be held responsible for incorrect and/or duplicate registrations. In such cases, the cancellation policy applies.

Fellows

Registration is free; however, a credit card is required during the registration process. A pre-authorized hold of $100 will be placed on your credit card. You will be charged a nonrefundable fee of US$100 in the following cases: a) if you cancel your registration after Monday, October 14, 2024 (by 11:59 PM EST), or b) if you fail to attend TCT^® 2024. If you are a fellow and need to cancel your registration, kindly do so by Monday, October 14, 2024 (by 11:59 PM EST).

In case of any cancellation (whether by you or by CRF^®), please be sure to cancel any associated travel arrangements (e.g., lodging/housing, airfare, or other travel arrangements, etc.) that you may have made to attend. As more fully set forth in our Terms and Conditions, CRF^® is not liable nor responsible for any such associated travel costs.

Online Access

If available, the registration fee for online access to TCT^® 2024 is nonrefundable and nontransferable.

One-Day Access Policy

By purchasing a One-Day Access badge, you understand, acknowledge, and agree to abide by the following, in addition to the CRF^® Terms and Conditions:

You will be able to pick up your badge only on the day you’ve chosen to attend and will be required to return it to the designated registration counter at TCT^® 2024 by the close of registration the day of your attendance.
If you do not return your One-Day Access badge prior to the close of registration on the day of attendance, the credit card on file for your registration will be automatically charged the TCT^® Full Access registration fee for the designated registration category.
Refunds will not be issued for changing from Full Access to One-Day Access.
Multiple One-Day Access passes cannot be purchased. If you wish to attend more than one day of TCT^® 2024, you must register for Full Access. You may upgrade from One-Day Access to Full Access by contacting [email protected]. The prevailing Full Access registration rate will apply.

Badge Changes and/or Reprints

The fee for on-site badge changes or reprints is $75 per change/reprint.

Industry Exhibitor and/or Engagement Hub: The key contact at the confirmed company will receive a registration link for company representative registration.

Physician	Post-fellowship, or post-residency and not currently enrolled in a fellowship program — excluding employees of companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, venture capital, management consulting, or financial industries.
Allied Health Professional	Nurses, technologists, physician assistants, researchers, pharmacists, hospital administrators, biostatisticians, and other non-physicians professionally engaged in interventional cardiovascular medicine — excluding employees of companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device venture capital, management consulting, or financial industries.
Fellow	Currently enrolled in a fellowship training program at the time of TCT^® 2024.
Industry Professional	Employees of companies in the medical device, pharmaceutical, venture capital, biotechnology, management consulting, financial, or other industries — including such employees who are MD, DO, PhD, RN, PA, PharmD, or any other type of healthcare professional whose primary professional activity is as an employee of such company. This category includes all industry representatives who are staffing exhibit booths and/or engagement hubs.
Industry Professional Startup	Industry Professionals, as noted above, who are employed only by a startup company. Inquire about this special registration rate.
U.S. Government Employee	Current employees of the U.S. federal government. You will be required to present a valid U.S. government ID to pick up your badge.
